How does Wave Bites work?
Wave Bites connects you with local food partners for catering and group meal deliveries. Browse our partners, select a restaurant, build your order, and we handle the delivery with professional Wave drivers.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Each partner sets their own lead time — typically 24 hours. You'll see the minimum notice required when placing your order.
What about deposits?
Most orders require a deposit (typically 50%) at the time of ordering. The remaining balance is due before delivery. Specific terms vary by partner.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms depend on the partner and how far in advance you cancel. Generally: 72+ hours = full refund, 24-72 hours = partial refund, under 24 hours = no refund.
